Salaams,
First of all, thank you for such a website. Though it is in its fledgling days, it is is a remarkable resource.
I thought you may be interested in what other Muslim websites have written. I have linked one such example:
http://muslimmatters.org/2009/02/16/sex-the-ummah-child-molestation-in-the-muslim-world-myth-or-reality-part-i/
I wish you all the best. Subhanallah, please keep it up!

Jazakallah khair for the supportive comments.
Yes, I actually did have a chance to read what that sister wrote, alhumdulillah.
If the victim does not forgive his or her molester, rapist, etc, does their hajj still count? Should they forgive them? I’ve heard that you can’t be mad at someone for more than three days, would this apply?
I apologize, but we are not qualified to answer that question.
Please forward your question to either:
http://www.askimam.org
http://www.daruliftaa.com
http://www.seekersguidance.com
Inshallah in the near future, we do intend on posting something on the topic of forgiveness.
wassalam
